Terms and Conditions
Who supplies your product
SWEG DSP LLC, advertised as [SWEG] DSP, develops and supplies the devices. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. Your payment is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not charge real money.
14-day refund request window
To request a refund, contact Paddle within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. Paddle handles refund requests in accordance with its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
How to request a refund
Use the support link in your purchase receipt or visit Paddle buyer support and select “Request refund.” Include your order details and the email address used for the purchase. For help with your product or locating your order, contact support@swegdsp.com.
Refunds are processed by Paddle. Refunded purchases lose download access. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Additional seats
Additional seats are one-time purchases for a specific product licence, with prices set separately for each product. They cannot be moved to a different product or used without the original product purchase. Each additional-seat purchase has its own 14-day request window; it does not restart the original product's window.
Request a refund from your account's Licences section. Seats bought in one additional-seat transaction are returned together. If the remaining capacity is already occupied, choose the device activations to remove. Approval reduces capacity and removes those activations without using a transfer. While the request is reviewed, existing licences remain active and new activations and additional-seat purchases are paused. A rejected request leaves the licence capacity unchanged.
A voluntary return of the base product includes its dependent additional-seat purchases. These may be separate payment refunds, coordinated as one request. If a payment is reversed externally, dependent seats cannot grant access without the base product; contact support to resolve associated payments. For an additional-seat reversal without a device selection, the newest activations are removed first until the remaining capacity is met.
Previously issued perpetual licences retained on an offline device can continue processing after a refund or revocation. Removing a server activation prevents renewal and does not remotely erase its local licence. This does not grant permission to continue using a refunded product.
Cancellations
Cast + Follow is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel. Use the refund request process above for a purchase refund.

Compatibility and delivery
Before purchasing, review the product page for the formats, operating systems, host applications, versions, and known limitations tested for that release. Unless expressly listed, compatibility has not been verified. Downloads are provided through the account used to purchase. Use a sign-in method connected to that account to access your purchases.
Testing and “as-is” software
We do our best to test each release, but software can contain bugs and may behave differently across systems and projects. To the extent legally permitted, products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without an additional promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular workflow. These statements do not remove mandatory warranties, advertised commitments, or statutory consumer remedies.
Support and fixes
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues and address them promptly. We cannot promise a particular resolution date or that every issue will be fixable. Send the product version, operating system, host version, sample rate, buffer size, and reproduction steps. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or private projects. Back up work before installing updates.
License seats and activation
Each purchase of a SWEG DSP product licenses one person, or one business for one of its users, to install and activate the product on up to two devices at the same time, plus one device for each additional seat purchased for that product. Any number of device or plug-in instances may run on an activated device. A license file is issued for each activated device and is bound to that device; copying it elsewhere does not activate the copy.
You can move a license between devices yourself: deactivate a device from your account and activate another. Three such transfers, plus one for each active purchased additional seat, are included in any rolling 180-day period; contact support if you need more, for example after a hardware failure. A device that no longer exists can be deactivated from your account.
Perpetual licence files have a 365-day renewal date and renew automatically when renewal is enabled and a connection is available. After that date and the 60-day reminder period, a previously activated perpetual product continues processing, including when reopening a project. Expiry or a failed renewal never changes its sound. A valid signed licence must remain on the device it was issued for. Offline renewal is available through Console request, export and import, without connecting the licensed device to the internet. Trial and prerelease licenses end on their stated date.
A business needs one purchase for each user. A purchase does not permit company-wide installation, sharing of license files, or circumventing activation. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or disputed, its server activations end and its licence files are no longer renewed. A retained, previously issued perpetual licence can continue processing offline; server revocation cannot remotely erase that file.
Updates and license
Your download includes the license terms for that product. Buying a device does not transfer copyright or authorize redistribution of its files. Review the supplied license for permitted use. A purchase does not promise unspecified future features, a release schedule, or indefinite compatibility with future host or operating-system versions. Any legally required updates or remedies remain available.
Policy changes
We may update this policy for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or commitments attached to an earlier purchase. Save a copy of the terms that applied to your order.
